CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATIONHOW TO REGISTER?

Only written cancellations will be accepted. There will be no cancellation fees prior to March 29nd, 2010. Cancellations after March 29nd, 2010 will be subjected to a fee of 25% of the registration fee.Fees for last minute cancellations (the day before the conference or latest on the conference day) will be 50% of the registration fee. After this date the cancellation fees will be 100%.
Conference fee
The conference fee including a participation in the Evening Cocktail and Come connected with Best Organic Product Award Ceremony is 5,900.- CZK (+20% VAT) per participant, for a total of 7,080.- CZK. (This includes also the free entrance to BIO STYL Exhibition held on April May 9-10, 2010).Discounts:
„Very Early Bird“ participants who register and pay by January 31st, 2010 will receive 2,000.- CZK discount and will be charged 3,900.- CZK (+20% VAT), for a total of 4,680.- CZK per person.
Early Bird discount
„Early Bird“ participants who register and pay by March 5th, 2010 will receive 1,000.- CZK discount and will be charged 4,900.- CZK (+20% VAT), for a total of 5,880.- CZK per person.
The discounts cannot be combined.
The fee includes:
